There is a modern sauna for guests.
Entry to the sauna includes payment of a fee for disposable slippers, robe and bath towels.
In order to ensure the sauna works properly, the service must be booked 2 hours in advance.
There are two options for the Sauna:
The traditional Finnish Sauna originates in Northern Europe and today is popular all over the world. It is a bath of heat which helps purify the organism. The temperature inside can reach 100° but the dry air allows being softly enveloped by heat, relaxing for both the mind and body.
Sanarium or bio-sauna
The bio-sauna presents an interesting combination of the characteristics of the traditional Finnish sauna and the Turkish bath. Inside there is a pleasant balance between temperature and percentage of humidity (50°C – 50% humidity). The bio-sauna also has a relaxing effect and is ideal for those who cannot support the high temperatures of a sauna. It is particularly recommended for anyone with problems of fluid retention.
